Beer + Burger brings next level beers and burgers to the table. Founded in 2016, the team champion breweries by serving a wide range of craft beers, paired with some of London’s best loved meat and plant-based burgers.
The family owned and operated business began its journey in Willesden Green, opening the first store with over 200 beers on tap, in cans, and in bottles. Since then, Beer + Burger has become an established, well-loved brand for many customers with additional venues to enjoy over in Dalston and Kings Cross.

The search for scalability
As a business with growth plans from the get-go, finding a technology partner with a scalable system was of the utmost importance. After meeting Kobas at a hospitality trade show, Beer + Burger founders (and brothers) Jonathan and Andy Perritt took a deep dive into the Kobas system by attending further meetings and on-site demonstrations.

Efficient order management
With growth came more ways for customers to enjoy Beer + Burger. Customers can grab a table at one of the venues, or arrange for delivery / collection through JustEat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, or the Kobas Click & Collect solution. As a high volume of orders come in from multiple channels, staff need to process orders quickly and accurately – keeping customers happy and business flowing. That’s how Kobas helps.
The Kobas EPoS is at the centre of each venue and enables front of house to process orders efficiently. In the kitchen, the team serve up those delicious burgers with the help of our Kitchen Display System. With the KDS to hand, the chefs can see exactly where orders are coming from in real-time and prioritise them with ease. The customisable setup works for their specific kitchen workflow where items are managed within their own sections and the team the team find the live counter display particularly useful as it shows the quantity of items required for cooking. No last minute analysing of tickets needed and never a burger patty short!
