What does your day-to-day look like / what does your role involve?
My day-to-day can be incredibly varied. My focus is helping my managed clients get the most out of Kobas. This includes ensuring their onboarding with Kobas and in-venue go-live days are as smooth as possible. I provide support on account set-up and hardware troubleshooting, even the occasional dishwashing stint in venue.
I also help the Support Desk with hardware issues and other bits of escalation where necessary.
What did you do before working at Kobas?
I was working as a waitress in a cocktail bar, well more as a bartender, for a London-based leisure group called Rocket Leisure, which own and operates live music cocktail bars. I later became a manager for the group.
What’s your favourite thing about working here?
Kobas’ attitude to work-life balance is incredibly refreshing. I feel valued working in this company. I also believe in the product, as I think it is robust, easy to use, and a great tool to help empower businesses to achieve their full potential.

Sunday Roast (Roast beef, roast potatoes, some honey glazed carrots and parsnips, and broccoli and of course the Yorkshire puddings and Gravy!)
