What does your day-to-day look like / what does your role involve?
Delivering high-quality customer service to our clients, working alongside the Implementation Department, and operating in conjunction with the C-level executives in keeping with our mission and values. Responsible for managing both the account management and client services departments.
What did you do before working at Kobas?
Prior to starting with Kobas, I was in the hospitality sector holding both Management and Operations roles for over 20 years. I worked in large late-night environments from cocktail bars, drink dine and dance venues, and nightclubs holding from 250 to 2000 guests, all over the South of England, Wales and central London for large operators including Luminar Leisure, Novus Leisure and Adventure Bar Group. This has allowed me, as a user, to also be very aware of different EPoS systems including previously being a Kobas client using the system on a day-to-day basis.
What’s your favourite thing about working here?
To still be able to work in an industry I love with the ability to have a complete change in lifestyle that balances both work and personal ways of life, the team, the social environment, and the ability to support and advise varying hospitality clients.
