What does your day-to-day look like / what does your role involve?
In my position, I engage with clients through email and phone to assist with their inquiries and provide information on any questions they have about Kobas.
What did you do before working at Kobas?
I have experience across various fields, but as a PR professional, my focus has consistently been on client support and meeting their needs. Since moving to the UK, I’ve worked in both the hospitality and finance sectors always been the first point of contact with customers.
What’s your favourite thing about working here?
Apart from the fact that I can work from pretty much anywhere, what I like most about working for Kobas is definitely the People that make this company so great.
