Since 2013, Britain has celebrated National Waiters Day on the 20th October of each year. Created to celebrate front-of-house staff across the hospitality industry and to inspire the next generation of maitre d’s, managers, and directors. Sometimes, everyone needs a helping hand. With your frontline staff busy running the floor, they don’t have the time to work out every issue themselves. So if our detailed guides don’t answer your questions, our support team are on hand to talk through any issues your staff might have.
We also know that sometimes things go wrong; a faulty printer can slow down service and cause your staff headaches. So if you have any issues with your hardware, our experts will be able to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve any problems you encounter.
During office hours (9am-6pm, Mon – Fri), we’ll respond to any email to support@kobas.co.uk within an hour.
For out-of-hours support we’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as we can and if you have a business critical query, we’ll be there to get you back on your feet as soon as possible.

We set out to build a stress-free, robust holiday system that automatically calculates allowances for full-time, part-time and zero-hours staff; fully compliant with UK labour laws.

With a Kobas login, staff can quickly check their personal allowance, holiday calendar and make their requests. Once their request has been approved, we’ll send an instant email to let them know they can get booking their dream getaway.
